Reports indicate that ATF agents opened fire on Malinowski after he allegedly fired upon them upon their arrival to execute a warrant. Malinowski’s brother confirmed his death, stating he was fatally shot in the head.
The ATF had obtained a warrant to search Malinowski’s residence after uncovering allegations of him engaging in the illegal sale of firearms without a license, as detailed in an affidavit provided by the agency.
